Hana Guenzl, Entrepreneur, Brand Mentor, Keynote Speaker, Author, Founder of 4B Branding Model & Director of Deep Vision was recently selected as Top Brand Mentor of the Year for 2020 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership, dedication and commitment to her industry and community.
Inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations and contributions to their communities. All honorees are invited to attend IAOTP’s Annual Award Gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.
With over two decades of professional experience, Hana has certainly proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in Personal Brand Development. She is a dynamic results-driven leader who helps companies and individuals build their brands and leverage them as growing business assets. Hana has demonstrated success in every position she has ever held.
Prior to serving in her current position as Director for Deep Vision, Hana
held various positions as a national and international project manager, business consultant, corporate trainer and business marketing analyst for Digital Equipment Corporation P/L. Her experience has afforded her to travel and work in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Europe and Asia.
Hana’s areas of expertise encompass a wide range of industries and she is well-known for working hands on with her clientele to target audiences through human behavior, neuroscience, positive psychology, customer-centricity, holism and brand experiences in the market, on national and global levels.
Deep Vision is a Sydney, Australia based Image Branding & Lifestyle Agency specializing in a unique bespoke Personal Brand Development and Strategies. As the Director at Deep Vision, Hana helps companies and individuals build their brands and leverage them as growing business assets.
Hana is the founder of the 4B Branding Model: Be – Become - Belong – Bond™. This creative process is delivered via Brand learning programs, which serve as a practical hands-on guide, illuminating the untapped potential within the individual and/or business.
Aside from her successful career, Hana is a sought-after speaker who has delivered training, inspirational and motivational speeches for a variety of conferences and seminars both nationally and globally. Hana enjoys travelling and is consistently engaged in ongoing image styling and branding programs.
Throughout her illustrious career, Hana has received awards, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her dedication to her profession. The International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) will be honoring Hana for her award this December at its Annual Awards Gala being held at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. For 2020 she will be considered for a feature article in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and also for the Empowered Woman of the Year Award. Some of Hana’s notable leadership roles include the launching of Australian fashion in Dubai, which was sponsored by Dubai based DHL and staging the pro-bono charity event for the McGrath Foundation. She has been instrumental in launching emerging artists, sending indigenous artists abroad to festivals and representing companies at Trade Fairs. Hana has also received a personal commendation letter from the NSW Governor for her efforts in Dubai.
In 2019, Hana has received #1 International Best Selling Author Award for her chapter on personal branding in “Think Big” book – Insights from Sir Richard Branson and international Thought Leaders.

Looking back, Hana attributes her success to her perseverance, her ability to mentor for Brand Management success and her unique insight and guidance as an Image Stylist. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
